We strongly believe in the benefits of exercise for all ages, abilities, and diagnoses, and that Physical Therapists are uniquely positioned to guide safe, effective movement.

"I have worked with Holly for over 5 years and her depth of knowledge is truly exceptional.  She knows I value technical details, and she consistently takes time to educate me on specific muscle attachments and the mechanisms behind my treatment.  From dry needling to specialized traction and manual therapy, her skills are top notch and have become a vital part of my training repertoire (professional dance and instructor).  Beyond her expertise, Holly's authenticity and engaging personality makes every session a pleasure.  I trust her implicitly and cannot recommend her highly enought to anyone seeking an elite level of care."
